Shandell Hunter is the founder and Managing Director of Hunter Investments, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, and institutions grow and preserve wealth through disciplined, long term investing strategies.

Prior to founding the firm, Shandell served as Vice President and Senior Manager on the Balance Sheet Risk Management team at U.S. Bank, providing second line of defense oversight of the bank’s interest rate and liquidity risk management practices. Before that, he spent more than nine years at State Farm Bank in Treasury and Market Risk roles.

Shandell is active in professional and community organizations. He serves on the RMA Minnesota Chapter Board of Directors and chairs the chapter’s newly formed Interest Rate Risk and Liquidity Risk Committee.

He also sits on the Notre Dame Club of Minnesota Board of Directors, where he oversees educational programming and the Hesburgh Lecture Series.
