Ryan Baker joined SPECTRUM Commercial Finance as Vice President in 2022 after well over a decade in the due diligence services industry. Ryan has strong industry connections in the Midwest and vast experience aligning lending solutions coast to coast for clients in various industries.
He spends the majority of his time sourcing non-bank financing opportunities by working closely with commercial bankers, restructuring advisors, business consultants, investment bankers, CPA’s and attorneys as well as handling initial underwriting.
Ryan graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, where he obtained a degree in Business Management and Marketing as well as his Leadership Certificate.
He is an active board member of the Minnesota Chapters of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and the Risk Management Association (RMA).
