July, 2011 - The Minnesota Chapter has won the GOLD CIRCLE AWARD!
As a result of the RMA Minnesota Chapter Women's Forums very successful first year, we have won the Gold Circle Award from the National Risk Management Association.  This prestigious award recognizes local chapters that have demonstrated excellence in programming and leadership.  Your attendance at one or more events along with your feedback on how we can continue to grow and provide relevant topics was a key factor in our success.  Thank you for helping us meet, and exceed our first year goals!  

RMA Nets Major Award for Online Learning Series
Philadelphia, PA (January 15, 2010) - The Risk Management Association has won an Omni Intermedia Award for its Lending Decision Process (LDP) online learning series, along with its vendor, Allen Communication Learning Services. RMA and Allen won a gold award in the educational category.

RMA’s Learning Decision Process curriculum offers quality education in an interactive, online forum that provides the flexibility to learn at each individual’s pace and convenience. The online course offers mentoring characters who interact directly with learners, knowledge checks, case studies and on-the-job simulations, among other features.

“Winning the Omni Intermedia Award is a testament to the quality of our content and the creativity of the delivery medium to enhance the individual performance of credit and lending professionals,” said Mark Zmiewski, RMA’s director of Strategic Learning and Research. “The award criteria says it all: engage, empower and enlighten. That is what the RMA training experience is all about.”

The Omni Intermedia Awards recognize outstanding media productions that, among other criteria, include creativity, graphics, programming, ease of use, functionality, audio, special effects and impact.
